Delivery Information
We aim to despatch your order the next working day from receiving your order on stock items. Our delivery price are calculated based on weight and will appear in your shopping basket once you have made your selection.
Returns
If you wish to return faulty goods you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods, for a full refund or replacement. The product must be returned to us complete, including all packaging, if possible. Please email, BEFORE you return any products.
If goods are returned damaged, no credit will be raised and the invoice will stand in full.
No orders for special items may be returned under any circumstances.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging and at your expense. We will refund the full cost of the item (not carriage costs) less 10% re-stocking fee, within 30 days. Please email us at sales@thebinpeople.co.uk, BEFORE you return any products.
